Founder, Principal Advisor

 Azar Zaidi has been supporting and leading healthcare service models for more than two decades. Early is his career, Azar founded a boutique firm to advise independent and group private practices with startup and transition services. After growing to serve over 100 independent and group practice clients across the country it was acquired by The Levin Group, a larger dental practice management firm, where he joined as a managing partner. Azar next joined Pacific Dental Services, where he helped establish and lead the new market development and specialties divisions. With his guidance, Pacific grew from 160 locations to over 700 locations across 22 states. In his last year with Pacific Dental Services, in which they opened over 92 new locations and achieved over $1.2 billion in revenue, Azar recognized there was a need to build a model to support financial sponsors and founder, doctor-led models within the space. As the founder of the Healthcare Advisory Shop, he has served as an operating advisor on transactions, interim CEO and COO, and/or a board member for over 30 organizations in the medical and dental service organization sectors.to serve models that look to disrupt and impact the way healthcare is delivered
